Are you preparing for your first Hyrox race, training for your next one, or looking to improve your endurance and cardiovascular fitness? Our CFP Hyrox Training Program is designed to help you achieve your goals with structured coaching and expert-led workouts.
This three-day-a-week program includes two in-person classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30 PM, where a coach will guide you through proper form and ensure you’re following the program correctly. The third session is a self-guided workout on Saturdays, accessible through our exclusive BTWB app for members. With expert programming, coaching, and workout guidance, this program will have you ready to take on your next Hyrox challenge.
HYROX is a unique fitness competition that combines running and functional workout stations in a race format. Participants run 1km, followed by one functional workout station, repeated eight times. Each race is held indoors, creating an electrifying atmosphere where spectators can cheer you on from start to finish. With a consistent global format, Hyrox features worldwide leaderboards and a World Championship event at the end of the season. Whether you’re an elite athlete or a fitness enthusiast, Hyrox is the ultimate test of endurance and strength.
