CFP Barbell Club meets Monday and Wednesday at 6:30 p.m., Tuesday at 12 p.m., and Thursday at 5:30 p.m. You will follow a full Olympic lifting program with focused technique work, accessories, and other activities. There will be coaching during these times and team training.
