CrossFit Youth Program


At CrossFit Pleasanton, we have a program for all ages. We have our 7- to 12-year-old Kids Program as well as our Teen Program for 13 to 18-year-olds. These two programs focus on very different things. If you would like to get started, students can take a free trial class any time we run a normal class. Just fill out our form with your child’s name and your contact information, and we will get you set up.
Our Kids Program runs on Tuesday and Thursday from 4:00 to 5:00 pm. This class is for 7- to 12-year-olds. We will be focused on Gymnastic movements, Dumbbell and Kettlebell work, with conditioning at the end of class. This is a great way to get your child in better shape and prepare for more complex movements later on, and other sports.
Our Teen program is a full CrossFit class that runs Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. These classes are the best for building strength, endurance, and gymnastics coordination. They would help any child in any other sport they are playing, or get them ready for CrossFit. We do Barbell work, gymnastics training, and Met-Cons.
To get started with the teens program, you will get a free trial class. After this class, you will need to take 2 Rolling Start sessions with a coach. These are two 1 on 1 sessions to teach and go over the more complex barbell and gymnastics movements that are done in Class. All students must take these sessions. These rolling starts are scheduled with the coach and you to best fit your schedule.
