A former junior national swimmer, UCSB ICA water polo player, and stroke for the UCSB Women’s Varsity Eight Rowing Team, Kathleen brings elite athletic experience to her coaching.
With over two decades of coaching experience in swimming, dance, track, and CrossFit, Kathleen specializes in the unique needs of youth and teen athletes to help them reach their athletic goals.
Kathleen coaches youth athletes of all levels, from beginners mastering movement fundamentals, to elite competitors, including the current 4th fittest 14-15 Male CrossFitter. She enthusiastically builds their strength, endurance, agility, confidence, and resilience through proper mechanics, progressions, and constantly varied workouts in a supportive environment.
Coach Kathleen, a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer, also provides individualized programming and personal training for elite swimmers, ice skaters, acrobatic gymnasts, and soccer players, crafting sport-specific programs to elevate their performance through CrossFit principles.
