I’ve been doing CrossFit for over 8 years and practicing yin yoga for just as long. My fitness journey has shown me how crucial it is to balance strength and conditioning with mobility, recovery, and mental well-being—and that’s exactly what I bring to every class I coach.

As a certified CrossFit coach, I focus on proper technique, strong foundations, and building a supportive community where everyone feels welcome, no matter their experience level. My classes are designed to challenge you physically while also helping you move better and recover smarter. With my yin yoga background, I weave in elements that support mental clarity and stress relief, so you leave feeling accomplished, refreshed, and ready for whatever comes next.
