My passion for fitness began at age 7 and has fueled my journey ever since. I stayed active through track, cheerleading, and basketball—sports that helped develop my competitive drive and commitment to the movement. That same drive led me to become a Certified Personal Trainer in 2008. With 16+ years of experience, I help clients achieve their fitness goals through customized workout plans and nutritional guidance. My approach is focused on sustainable results and building healthy habits.

I was introduced to CrossFit in 2010 and earned my CrossFit Level-1 that same year. While continuing to Coach one-on-one personal training and group classes, I stayed connected to CrossFit and officially earned my Level-2 Certification in September 2023. I expanded my coaching approach with a Precision Nutrition certification in December 2020, allowing me to support clients beyond the gym with customized, sustainable nutrition strategies.

I coach with a mix of high energy, fun, honesty, and heart—helping clients feel both challenged and supported. I believe fitness is not just about physical transformation—it's about gaining confidence, building resilience, and showing up for yourself daily. Whether you’re lifting for the first time or chasing a new PR, I’ll help you show up, work hard, and believe in what’s possible.
