SET-UP: All partnerships get one barbell for all the met-cons. You must add weight as needed through the met-cons progressions.

WORK OUT: All teams must do 6 round of each triplet and then the buy out of each triplet. one athlete does one round the switches with their partner. Three rounds each then the buyout. All three triplets are one full met-con. But for score keeping take note of your time after each triplets Buy-out.
