Tropical Thunder Workout

Yo Pauli, well, I’m trying to develop my own 3rd-world crossfit program…today’s workout Tropical Thunder – 5 x 10kg bag o’ rice tosses, 3 x 6m bamboo pole vault (must clear 6m-wide pond, height not important, 3 water buffalo take-downs (2 buffalo knees must touch ground), climb tree pick 1 coconut and open with teeth, as many sets as possible in 120 minutes.
