I had stopped working out all together this time last year because I thought I didn’t have time after getting home from work after dark. I ended up throwing my back out on Mother’s Day and developed sciatic nerve issues that took a whole summer of physical therapy to just get to the point where I could work out again. I decided I would start doing CrossFit back in August and not only am I getting in the best shape of my life but my sciatic nerve issue has completely gone away!! I turn 40 this summer and am looking forward to being in better shape in my 40’s than I was in my 30’s!
