Personal Programming

Becoming the best version of your self or improving the skills of fitness is almost impossible on your own. Knowing what to do and how to do it is a huge part of achieving your goals. That is why CFP is bringing out Personal programming.

These programs are not for everyone. If you are just starting out or looking at improving your overall fitness then CrossFit classes are the best place. If you have been going to class for at least a year and needing more, then these are the programs for you. You also must be serious about your fitness goals. While our 1-on-1 Coaching requires a lot of work from your coach it requires even more from you.  This includes sharing notes from training sessions, and providing feedback directly to your coach. If you're willing to do the work, you'll reach your goals.

There are many programs that we are offering for all the different techniques and strength areas of Advanced and Sport of Fitness modalities.

Programs will offer:

  • 8-week training cycles
  • Individualized programming that continues to adapt based on your input
  • 1 on 1 coaching through our coaching app.
  • Daily check-ins with your coach
  • Video analysis and technical feedback for every training session.

  • Free access to fitness level matrix through Beyond the White Board.
