Weight Lifting: This program will be 8 weeks cycles that will focus on improving your Olympic lifts strength and overall efficiency of the movements.
Strength: This program will be 8 weeks of total body strength work. You will work on movements such as Back Squat, Deadlift, Strict press, and many other lifts. Also, you will have accessory work every day.
Weight Lifting Competitor: This is a Strength program for the higher end strength athlete. Athletes that want to compete in the sport of Weight Lifting and going to competitions this is the program for you. Coaches will travel with you for these events which are included in the cost of the program.
